Beth McGehee
Beth McGehee, Principal of Studio B, brings 20 years of interior design and residential construction experience to the team. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Beth relocated her design practice to Arizona in 1995.
Most recently, Beth was responsible for the construction and design of the Villas at Montelucia, located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Beth and her team supervised every detail of the construction process, from defining the initial interior and landscaping specifications, through the construction process and closing of each home. Her on-site staff led buyers through the well-appointed options, managed the individual design selections, and acted as the primary contact during the building and design experience.
Prior to becoming Principal of Studio B, she was Vice President of Construction and Development for Superstition Mountain Properties, a division of the Lyle Anderson Companies. In joining the Lyle Anderson Companies team in 1999, Beth’s remarkable talent easily showed in her ability to handle all the responsibilities for new residential development including staff management, design implementation and customer satisfaction. She was also the liaison between trade partners and general contractors to ensure quality throughout all of their products.
Beth has also worked as a high end manager for Monterey Homes in Scottsdale and the Calvis Wyant Wainwright Ventures in Phoenix, where she developed her excellent skills in the management and construction industries.
